Privacy is an important pillar in successful therapy, as it allows us to feel safe and comfortable opening up. If your home does not allow for the confidentiality that therapy requires our, in-person option provide a secure space to speak freely.

STEP ONE
Click here to get started on scheduling your free 20 minute phone consultation in order to discuss all things therapy, your growth and, if it is the right fit, set up our first session.
STEP TWO
Set a date and a time to meet and discuss a treatment plan for your unique therapeutic goals. This may include discussing the cadence of your session, such as weekly or biweekly.
STEP THREE
Fill out and return all the required intake and consent forms. To help you prepare for sessions both emotionally by organizing your goals and to ensure a deep understanding of practice policy (confidentially, cancellation policy, billing, etc.).
